Mediate was conceived by our founding father, Mark Shambrook, in a dark room somewhere on the South Coast in 2004.
Born out of a demand for better client service, greater knowledge and lower prices, Mediate has grown from a fledgling agency to become a serious contender in the media buying world.
Mark believes in the personal touch with all clients and can regularly be found in client meetings, on the phone negotiating deals or deeply engrossed in a spreadsheet analysing data.
